I have nothing but amazing things to say about the impact Paula has had. I've been lucky enough to work with Paula very closely while she has been a terrific leader to KSDK's Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce. She really embodies everything I could want in a thought partner. She's effortless in her approach to providing the D&I Taskforce with structure, inspiration, and encouragement. Much of that is due to her being exemplary in her work as a Senior Investigative Reporter. She's always maintained such a level of professionalism perfectly balanced with a warmth that makes those around her feel truly safe and included. She's extremely bright and poignant while also showing humility with a constant openness to learn and better herself which you can see simply by watching her on screen. She captivates audiences! That ability clearly trickles down to any task that she's faced with. Forming strong connections is second nature to Paula. It's evident in watching her speak to her peers that they hold a lot of respect and admiration for her which she very much deserves. Paula is one of those people you meet in your life that just inspire you to want to better yourself and whom you will constantly be learning from. That's something that can't be taught and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to partner with her in anything that I'm able to!

I met Paula in the capacity of being interviewed as an expert source for a piece she was working on. Paula's insightful questions so impressed me (she had CLEARLY done her research). We've stayed in touch since and what I've observed about Paula as a journalist is that she is: creative, brave, detail-oriented, not afraid to ask the hard questions, direct yet also warm, and extremely diligent. If I were a media company, I would want Paula on my staff for sure! (and she's multi-talented - video shooting & editing, sound and photo editing software, basic Flash and HTML knowledge, Web content production: editing, producing and programming content for online websites, social media consultant and content management being areas f strong focus for Paula!)
