Margarita was already present when I first joined the team and strongly welcomed me and helped reinforce the basics I learned during my official training. I could always count on her support during periods with high patient volume. She's resourceful, intelligent, she was exceptionally friendly with everyone, making a strong impression on anyone she met. She has excellent skills in communications, organization, and customer service. Unlike (most of) the rest of us, her being multilingual helped the hospital to communicate largely with Spanish-speaking patients, and while much less common, also extended to those who spoke Dutch, acting as a liaison between hospital staff and these patients who didn't speak English. Even in the high stress and fast-paced environment of the ER, she kept a positive attitude. I'd strongly recommend her for any company lucky enough to find her.
