Mr. Bill Armando came to CMA-CGM USA Ltd. from APL Limited to head up and manage CMA-CGM's newly established Service Contracts and USA Bids process department early 2004. He built a department to 5 people and reported to the undersigned who at the time served as Vice President US Export Trades to South America, Caribbean Basin, Europe, Mediterranean, Africa, The Red Sea, The Arabian Gulf and the Indian Sub-Continent. From the very beginning Mr. Armando took a very active part in building a strong and efficient department. His interpersonal skills are excellent and his motivational abilities are impeccable. He managed his department extremely well and contributed strongly to building a solid Contracts and Bids department within the CMA-CGM structure. He demonstrated good leadership abilities and an excellent sense of priorities and execution. During the years he reported to the undersigned 2004 - 2007, he built and excellent department and did not shy away from challenges. He deserves credit for his work in building a strong and efficient department at CMA-CGM.
