Recruit, interview, evaluate, and select a group of high school applicants. • Conduct daily oversight of the high school interns through their 8-week fellowship experience. • Guide Fellows through the WGF curriculum and provide instruction on topics including financial literacy, savings, real estate, investments, personal and career development, and college planning. • Plan and execute field trips which include opportunities for the high school interns to network with Philadelphia professionals, visit financial landmarks, real estate projects, and tour colleges in the Tri-state area. • Identify and engage professional mentors and experts suitable to interact with the Fellows as guest speakers and field trip hosts. • Review the budget for the summer program and track and manage financial statements reflecting all expenditures. • Collect, track, and report activities and program data. • Coordinate and assist with the management of marketing and fundraising efforts. • Each coordinator will receive projects in various program areas, based on their academic background, experiences, and professional development goals. Project opportunities vary and may include: Operations & Processes, Operations & Logistics, Fundraising & (Partner) Development, Data & Impact Marketing, Alumni & (Program) Development, and Finance & (Program) Administration.
