Karine heeft in 2015 een OM/Lean traject gedaan op mijn afdeling Premiebeheer bij Nationale-Nederlanden waarbij het ING Retail Verzekeringen betaalstroomproces volledig onder de loep is genomen samen met mijn (senior)medewerkers en andere stakeholders. Met haar open en positieve insteek heeft zij op een goede manier de workshops verzorgd waarbij het proces is geanalyseerd door o.a. een SIPOC en waardestroomanalyse te maken om op die manier te komen tot het op tafel krijgen van verbeterpotentieel in het proces. Hierbij was de samenwerking tussen Karine en mij en mijn medewerkers uitstekend en speelde ze goed in op de behoefte die ik van te voren had aangegeven. Ik zou graag in de toekomst nog eens samenwerken met Karine.
