Jim was my direct manager for nearly two years. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to learn from Jim during that period. Jim is a leader by example. He's constantly sharing books, podcasts, and other materials that he's reading to better himself as a leader, a salesperson, and a human. Jims best quality as a leader to me - is his ability to bring out creativity from his team. I've never been on a team before with such an engaging, and supportive culture. He empowers his people to make decisions, and encourages them to look at solutions from angles that are not always the most obvious. Jim is a true leader inside and outside of an organization. I would love the opportunity to work with him in the future.
