It's rare that you come across a person like Nikhil; hardworking helpful, always learning and most importantly a great human being. Nikhil and me worked as colleagues for over 7 years across 2 organizations and were the best learning years in Telecom for me. I was completely new in Telecom around 2006 and as I was learning the nuances in Telecom our friendship too grew with it. I have rarely seen him agitated or uncomfortable in any situation at office be it delivery issues, customer concerns or internal team management he has always been in control. Nikhil would be a great leader with his experience and people handling skills to any organization he works and I do wish that we get an opportunity to work together in future.
