If i could describe Elorm in 3 words, it would be structured, driven and charismatic. During our time working together I watched Elorm deliver exceptional and impacting speeches in the house of commons and at our corporate events. His management style is pleasant and clear and his critique has always been open and fair. In terms of personality, he is someone that seems to get along with and work well with people from all walks of life, which supported his role as Head of Diversity.

I knew Elorm when we were both active in the University of Nottingham Students' Union. I found him to be incredibly personable; someone you really want to work with. He is a confident public speaker with a thorough understanding of how to engage diverse communities. I hope our career paths will cross again in the future!
