Meg had been one of the faculty members while I was in my Masters program at the University of Texas at Dallas. She had always stood out as someone who was engaging and though provoking. When I went through her Mentor Coach Program recently, I was very pleased with the results. She really took the time to interact with each mentee, meet them where they were at in their coaching journey and help them grow along the way. For me personally, Meg provided specific feedback which was insightful and directly applicable. I would definitely recommend her program to anyone thinking about mentor coaching and when it's time for me to renew my certification, I will definitely be signing up for her program again!

I had both the honor and privilege to learn from Meg spanning various settings as a "Coach in Training." At The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) Meg was my Cognitive Behavior Professor. Each class that Meg led was extremely interesting. Meg taught and explained how to apply practical tools that could be used in both our coaching and in our personal lives. Later in my coach journey, I was delighted to participate in her Group Coaching Program. I was seeking to renew my Credential with the ICF. I had been a Career Coach for about 8 years and Graduated from UTD seven years prior to enrollment. It was enjoyable learning from like-minded peers in a diverse Cohort that Meg assembled. I enjoyed discovering how I can enhance my Coaching Sessions to deliver deeply effective services to my clients. I recommend that each Coach take a moment to learn from Meg and enroll in her program or get a chance to be her student at UTD, you will enjoy each Class and every Meeting!

My clients are high-achieving, talented, driven and use the coaching partnership to achieve greater levels of success and life balance. I work with leaders at a variety of management levels with a variety of challenges and goals. As an Executive and Leadership Coach, I work with my clients to identify their strengths as well as areas of potential growth to increase their leadership effectiveness, self-awareness and confidence while reducing the roadblocks that create challenges. Communication is key to success, when we communicate in a way that creates clarity, breaks barriers and builds successful relationships. Building self-awareness through a better understanding of internal beliefs, values and expectations is essential to client personal and leadership growth. Working with people to create positive changes in their personal and professional lives for over 30 years has led to extensive experience in understanding human potential and interaction. My approach with clients is straightforward, warm and sincere, finding a balance between challenging for growth and supporting needs while customizing the coaching experience to fit each client. We focus on the future to obtain desired results while eliminating self-sabotaging thoughts that create barriers to success. Believing that coaching tools and techniques can create rich leadership experiences, I frequently help leaders implement coaching as a leadership style. I am certified in a variety of assessment tools which are implemented as needed for increased awareness. Show less
