EDW Platform: Lead/ Designed/ Architected E2E Implementation of Enterprise Data Warehouse with data integration from multiple and varied healthcare data sources. This warehouse stores historical data for both Clinical and Financial information to be used for Financial Dashboard. This EDW includes HL7 ADT data, with granularity level at per patient, per visit, per day which enables numerous analytics opportunities. Major sources of data being extracted from RCM process and HL7 data. Designed Dimension table are being Patient, Provider, Insurance, Lab and Facts being Transaction, Payment, Adjustment, Denial etc 2. Data Cleansing: Involved in Cleansing data of Care Director, Enrollment and Care Management Agencies with interlinking between these 3 stake holders, which resolved big pain point in identifying correct transaction and act as base data for Pop Health. 3. Population Health Management: Major role in Population Health product for data integration across multiple systems including Enrollment, HL7 ADT, Lab, Insurance, Hospitals, CMAs, Care Provides, Care Plans etc transforming into presentation layer in the Pop Health Application. The future scope of this product would be on Predictive Analytics followed by High Risk Patient–360 view, enabling Providers right actions proactively.
