Designed comprehensive training plans and facilitated learning to increase competency for more than 8,000 participants. Utilized Results-Based Facilitation methodology and Interest Based Negotiation strategy to resolve community issues and accomplished community goals for the 159 Georgia Family Connection Collaboratives in GA. Developed the professional capacity and competency for more than 1,700 leader participants within Georgia’s Family Connection Collaboratives through proficient leadership during a statewide training initiative. Cultivated statewide partnerships between Georgia Family Connection Partnership and the United against Child Abuse & Neglect Coalition and the Georgia Alliance for Drug Endangered Children. Provided individual training, coaching, and impact feedback to over 150 executive directors. Facilitated 15 community forums over a 5-year-period for First Lady Mary Purdue’s initiative on Georgia’s Foster and Adoptive Children.
