Roles:- Created python scripts to visualize fcc 100, 110, 111 palladium structures with a Hydrogen atom at various locations on the surface with the ASE(Atomic Simulation Environment) package.- Submitted molecular dynamic calculations onto SciNet supercomputer via SSH.- Analysed results obtained form the calculations and discussed with colleagues which locations on the surface provided stable adsorption energies.- Created porphyrin derivatives and oxazine dyes through GaussView.- Submitted DFT optimization and frequency calculations using Gaussian on SHARCNET super cluster.Papers:A.
