Lead Kids, Casual and Social engineering teams to develop both internal and external mobile, PC games including VR/AR projects and Club Penguin franchise mobile relaunch. Lead among other games the successful launch of Disney Infinity franchise for web, consoles and mobile games. Worked closely with developer, QA, central technology, publishing and finance teams for timely street launch since its inception. Lead and manage programming team for Disney Infinity website and online web services including cloud storage, Disney OneID account registration, user generated content, messaging, newsfeed, leaderboards among others using both private cloud network and Google cloud platform. Provide deployment tools and manage the live operations of the Disney Core Games network services, hosts and 24/7/365 uptime requirements. Provide tools and processes to the Guest Experience customer support team to moderate user generated content and game support. Develop, integrate and establish reports on Disney instrumented games for Business Intelligence analysis and metrics reporting using both internal and external technologies. Legal liaison for all technology aspects around FCC compliance, Bluetooth hardware, game middleware, developer, hardware manufacturer and game certification agreements. Manage 1st Party relationships with hardware manufacturers and submissions team across all consoles, PC and mobile platforms. Perform developer due diligence and green light approvals for new game initiatives and developers vetting. Manage hardware design and firmware requirements for the creation of NFC toys and USB/BLE reader accessories to work in conjunction with the Disney Infinity game. Collaborate with Disney Research to perform technology transfers to consumer products. Manage and maintain all Disney game archives including the relaunching of all Disney and LucasArts PC games under Steam platform and other PC streaming and distribution partners. Show less
