Designed, developed, and maintained in-house software for use by insurance agents, underwriters, and other company employees. The system would serve as an interface between underwriting staff and the back-end content-management system. It is meant to replace the current method of users interacting directly with the system, in order to decouple the front-end and back-end functionalities. Supported imaging and workflow applications, including end-user support for those systems.
