Assisted in the design of a new workflow engine for insurance underwriters using IBM Business Process Manager. The system would serve as an interface between underwriting staff and the back-end content-management system. It is meant to replace the current method of users interacting directly with the system, in order to decouple the front-end and back-end functionalities. Supported imaging and workflow applications, including end-user support for those systems.
