  Working as an independent specialist in drafting Notary Public Act Given that Ministry of Justice has agreed the underlying principles of Latin-Notary, my responsibility is to give comments on the Notary Act and to implement all bylaws (e.g. ministerial regulations). The tentative time frame for enacting the Notary Act is by the end of 2017. My roles are to take comparative study as to the Notary Law in Latin-Notary countries both in Europe and Asian; to set out the educational campaign for the public to better understand the role of notary and its benefits; to design the E-notarization system in Thailand; and to co-operate with foreign notaries in exchange of Notary specialist and in answering any queries in regards to the development of Thai Notary Law.
