Oksana is very tolerant and wise, friendly and skilled in human relations . She chooses and hires the best candidates and makes sure people are happy and performing well bringing profit to the company. She's always focused on the company goals and values. She's making sure that all her subordinates are growing professionally improving both their hard and soft skills.
