  CareerTrackers is a national not-for-profit organisation that creates paid internship opportunities for Indigenous Australian students from Year 12 throughout university. Over the Summer of 2021 we had close to 700 students interning across Australia, across many industries. We work with over 250 employment partners across Australia, and facilitate paid internships that our students complete during their university breaks over Winter (4 weeks) and Summer (12 weeks). The aim of our program is to ensure that our students complete multiple internships year after year, with the aim of building career pathways, so that students can transition from an Intern into a full-time employee when they complete their studies. 95% of our students are in full-time employment within three months of graduating, and 100% are employed as professionals.
