Clients: Nationwide Building Society, Virgin Sport During my second stint at VCCP Kin, I worked on Nationwide as the lead producer on the delivery of social elements for various campaigns, the biggest being their Mother's Day project. This involved creative development and logistical planning of a live newsroom event on social channels where the Nationwide community posted and tweeted what they'd got from their mother's using the hashtag #GotThisFromMum. Working with a team of poets, we then responded to individuals with a personal poem in real time for them to share with their mothers on Mother's Day. See examples in the links below. We also prepared a suite of launch assets to support this live newsroom, and daily promotions to encourage engagement. For Nationwide I also worked as the lead social producer in many smaller social amplification projects that included editorial creative ideas and concepts that included influencer outreach. For Virgin Sport, I assisted in the scoping of asset creation on delivery for their 'Festival of Fitness' events, which is sponsorship of running events such as the Hackney Half, and Westminster British 10k. This included creative development and delivery of the following for each event- event look and feel, social calendar of posts, digital banners, and supporting printed assets including OOH.

Clients: Addison Lee, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Grant Thornton, Glorious! Foods Here I worked initially on Addison Lee in delivering their first ever communications campaign. This was made up of OOH, DOOH, press and online media. This was a client new to advertising, so there was a lot of coaching to be done throughout. The campaign creative required a stills shoot including talent, wardrobe, build of bespoke props, CGI rendering and retouching. At Albion I also worked on Jose Cuervo Tequila, particularly their BAU social media content development. The client team needed the BAU process to be reviewed and refined, I was able to implement a new process that included creation and management of new documents to help brand consistency, a smaller more nimble project team that would push work through faster, and a leaner approach to asset creation. I spent a lot of time working with the strategy team on research briefs (including development of SOWs, quotes and timelines) that required partnerships with 3rd party research agencies such as Innovation Bubble and YouGov focus groups, qualitative research and various surveys.

Clients: Forevermark, Land Rover, Unilever (Margarine Unit) Here I managed client programmes of work within the agency, initially on Unilever’s Margarine unit, and then on Land Rover as a new client after a pitch win. This involved weekly reporting and forecasting for new projects both financially and from a resource point of view. In regards to project work here, most of what I worked on was web development from creative conception through to delivery. Most projects encompassed multiple facets covering additional deliverables such as localisation, online media, banners, PR, ongoing social calendars of work and merchandise.

Clients: The Times and The Sunday Times This 2 month freelance role required me to manage the online media driving traffic to register for the new paywall feature on the websites for The Times and The Sunday Times wesbsites. This position was highly intensive in regards to client management, campaign profile and time constraints. For this campaign I managed all online media components of which there were multiple requirements and multiple creative concepts- 12 in total. All banners were dynamic rich media pieces and covered additional components such as homepage takeovers and portal pages for prior to the new pages going live. The project required a good relationship with FlashTalking and the design department and developers due to its high profile nature. Keeping all parties happy was important! This role also required me to handle the print components of the campaign that announced the new websites and its features as well.

Clients: National Australia Bank, HBA Health Insurance, Mercedes Benz, Dulux, Sensis As a digital producer at Clemenger BBDO, my responsibilities covered the day to day management of online media projects coming through the agency- this included digital OOH, rich media and campaign microsite projects. As a digital specialist at an agency known for their ATL and traditional work, a significant portion of my role involved working with other departments in the agency, coaching them on the opportunities and limitations of digital, then facilitating discussions with developers and designers to help bring ideas to life. My responsibility also meant working with account management teams who understood little about digital and ensuring they were clear on rationales for digital scopes, estimates, timelines, wireframes and documentation in order to obtain client sign off.
