Kelly and I had a few opportunities to work together in the City of San Jose, and each time she did a great job of meeting customer needs and of representing the City and the Human Resources Department. Just one of our many experiences together was in trying to fill a high number of vacant positions during a time when the City struggled to get enough job applicants. Kelly was instrumental in developing new strategic distribution channels for marketing and communications that led to 200 new hires in six months across a broad spectrum of job classifications.
