As my story progressed I took the customer service and management skills I had learned in my previous jobs into a new role at Burgerfi. Here is when I started really learning about the inner workings of a business including managing inventory, managing employees, and maintaining and overseeing daily production to ensure customers demands and wants were meet. While learning from experience in my day to day operating I decided I wanted to learn the how and why people choose to eat instead of just cooking for themselves. This lead me to an article on "Customer Avatars" which lead me to start researching all aspects of building and maintaining a business. Now I spend my own personal time learning and honing my own skills to allow me more opportunities in the future.

This was one of my first insights to really getting to know the kinds of people who prefer to eat in a fast casual setting. This experience made me love interacting with the general public while giving me an opportunity to become more proficient at problem solving and strategic planning. When I left many of the people who I connected with kept in contact with me leading to some exciting relationships.
