Emma worked with me in the Australian Unity Wealth platform for a number of years as our partner and conduit into People and Culture. Emma's ability to build trust, her patience and her delivery on complex matters for the business I led, was exemplary. Emma was a part of my leadership team and was a key member. Emma had a wealth of knowledge of Deloitte and across HR and TA, including leading the lateral TA Consulting team and prior to that the Early Careers team nationally. Her knowledge of the firm and its strategy enabled her to translate that into a TA strategy to attract high calibre talent. Her team leadership, project management, relationship building and ability to navigate the firm helped to ensure that she was able to consistently deliver.
