I have commercial and litigation experience in Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, working directly with various clients including mainly insurance companies and various SME’s.My background is in risk management, debt settlement and insurance, working in insurance claims recoveries and litigation for some of Australia’s largest insurers, collection agencies and brokers, before setting up Debt Recoveries Australia.In 2002, I established Debt Recoveries Australia Pty Ltd, a debt collection agency, specialising within the insurance industry.In November of 2013, I established ADC Legal- a legal practice specialising in debt settlement and insurance disputes.
