I have known Nathan since his Skandia days, and without doubt can say that Nathan is heads and shoulders above any other BDM I have dealt with. He is diligent and supportive of his employer (even when they have an annoying policy or three!), but perhaps even more so he is supportive of his adviser clients. He seems to genuinely want to help and frequently provides me with relevant information about something I may have called to ask him about, even if unrelated to his employer's services. I hope IOOF know what a gem they have.
