  Coordinated several large projects as part of an organisational capacity building intitiative. One of the lead roles in the implementation of a Quality Management System and achieving Quality Certification to ISO 9001 standard. Consulted with frontline workers and reviewed best practice literature to adjust and create policy and procedure documents. Delivered training on new quality systems, policies and procedures and presented to senior management and executive team. Coordinated a research project on the effects of treatment on people using Amphetamine-Type Stimulants, working with researchers from the Queensland Alcohol and Drug Research and Education Centre. Worked on a social awareness campaign in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley regarding harm reduction and Amphetamine use. Planned and delivered events for both internal and external stakeholders.
