As an Oracle Retail Consultant, I had the opportunity to work for companies such as Pernambucanas, Paquetá Calçados and C&A. During this period, I was responsible for providing logistical support to the Distribution Center operator through calls, always keeping the service within the SLA agreement. I had the responsibility of managing the warehouse, using RWMS, finding and solving the root cause of a problem to avoid new incidents. Performed the analysis and development of packages, procedures, triggers, views and materialized views, in addition to developing reports through the BI Publisher platform. Another important part of my work was the analysis and maintenance of application screens (GUI/Collector) using the Forms Builder tool. In addition, I worked on shifts, analyzing slowdowns and cancellations of night processes.
