Led a strategic and internal cultural turnaround for Infrastructure Australia, raising total staff survey scores from the 25th percentile to the 95th percentile (top 5%) in 3 years, as measured against a national benchmark database of 581 surveyed companies and close to half a million employees.Responsible for leading Infrastructure Australia's Strategy, Finance, Risk, People & Culture and Digital Technology functions.Engaged all staff and the Board in development of IA's strategy redesign in 2019 and subsequently lead implementation of the 2019 strategy and 2021 5-year strategy. This work lead to an increase in staff survey results in 'Long term direction' from 42% to 83% in 3 years.Lead the project to shift IA's entire Information Technology provision to its own cloud-based environment, in compliance with the Digital Transformation Agency's 'Protected Utility Blueprint.’ IA is one of the first agencies to implement the Blueprint and staff survey results in "Investment in Systems" subsequently rose from 24% to 78%.Restructured Infrastructure Australia's human resources function and service offering. Staff survey results in 'Investment in People' subsequently rose from 31% to 70% in 3 years.Built the entire Public Affairs function for Infrastructure Australia, including team strategy, structure, hiring of staff and systems for ongoing monitoring of performance. Tripled IA's media coverage in 3 years and delivered multiple strategic stakeholder engagement plans and media launches.Delivered the first gender-equal Paid Parental Leave scheme in any level of Australian government and oversaw IA reaching 50:50 gender-equal leadership.Chaired IA's Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group and delivered and implemented IA's 'Reflect' Reconciliation Action Plan.
