• Super user of HRIS; ‘Select HR’. Lead development and launch of the online recruitment portal ‘Access Recruit’ and new DBS and reference screening system. Staff training on HRIS for Outward managers and for our parent company Newlon Housing • Produce quality data, reports and analysis relating to KPI’s and present to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis inclusive of Bradford Factor, training, return to work interviews and more. • Candidate lifecycle: Advertising for job roles using the new ‘Access Recruit’ portal, shortlisting, arranging interviews, success/regret conversations • Managing new starters ensuring references and DBS are complete ASAP and hosting induction days • Data integrity: Held audit on Right to Work documentation ensuring all 500+ employees have correct and up to date passports and ILR documentation. Also held audit on historic training records ensuring that previous records are now inserted into the system • Develop automated emails from the HRIS system to remind employees and managers of upcoming events i.e. expiry of temporary contract • Contributing information for tender proposals, TUPE & CQC audits • Close liaison with the payroll team ensuring all staff salaries, starters and leavers are updated in a timely manner Show less
