Experience in flesh ! I'm working with Pablo for almost 2 years and it's been such a pleasure. He is Reliable, organised, devoted and a fun hard working pal. He listens, he analyses and is gonna sit hours next to you to find solution. Even if it's not in the scope of his skills, he will help you! His documenting and constant developement to find more efficient ways to produce work is a huge bonus for the studio. Pablo is an asset that you want in your team. He is the fun uncle of the studio, it's a delight to have him in the room. I was confident having him as a lighting supervisor on "The Ogglies". I was sure I wouldn't have to worry for anything as long as he would lead. Extremely efficient, Pablo has the eye to foresee issues long before they occur, and will deliver quality material. I surely can recommend Pablo many times !

He's genuinely one of the most energetic people I've ever met, and I believe it's very typical for him to keep his team in a good mood, even when the situation gets tricky.
