      Margaret works directly with private clients, their businesses and nonprofit organizations, building long-term relationships across all of their financial needs. In her position, Margaret has focused on innovations that have attracted significant amount of deposits to First Republic and has played an important role in fostering an entrepreneurial culture at the firm. She has been at the firm for over 35 years, beginning her career at First Republic in the deposit-taking office shortly after the Company’s founding. Prior to becoming an Executive Director, Margaret was a Managing Director in First Republic’s Retail Banking business. Margaret helped First Republic Bank launch its Preferred Banking division in 1997, which integrated its lending and deposit-gathering operations. Margaret set the tone for the bank’s Preferred Banking group and designed many of its services, including the ATM rebate checking, which is one of First Republic most popular products. Margaret is known as one of the Bank’s leading “culture carriers” and inspires others to lead a life of service through her passion for teaching her craft. Show less
