  As a Business Specialist, my responsibilities include constant dialog with the business part. A key to success is to firstly understand their needs and priorities and then enabling and ease them through the use of intelligent IT systems. Thus, my role is to ensure that the design, functionalities and the UI of our systems are up-to date, seamless and easy to use. I work mainly with SAP ERP, SAP BW, and numerous in-house built Java tools/applications, and making sure that data flows seamless throughout the channels. Additionally, I am involved as project manager in a number of E-commerce projects which aim at disrupting the IT foundation at JYSK by making it more advanced, robust and cross-channel - ready for the future.As JYSK is become more agile by implementing SAFe and Scrum, I have also taken the role of a scrum master. As an Student Helper there, I was introduced to SAT Retail and all in-house developed tools/applications that support the business processes across the company. Tasks:Testing new feature across tools/applications from both end-customer, distribution center, logistics and webshop point of view. Master data maintenance of vendors, customers, articles.

  The E-business department at JYSK is a link between Marketing/Sales and IT. As an intern there, I was involved with the development and improvement of JYSK’s digital performance.Tasks:Testing - using customer journeys for testing new features on the webshop. This is an important task which is done to improve users' experiences and ensure friendly and fail-free online shopping.Participating in projects - I was involved in bigger projects like building new inspirational content, making it possible to buy gift cards online, and the creation of online login system. Updating the content - using Drupal for updating and changing content which is visible across 20 countries.
