It’s been a pleasure to work alongside Khyati at Google as her manager. Khyati has worked with the Flutter & Dart teams for the past year in the role of a Senior Program Manager, and she’s made an incredible amount of impact. One of her major wins was bringing her expertise in security and compliance to help improve Flutter & Dart’s security posture. Khyati is a strong team player who is able to drive complex cross-functional initiatives on multiple projects all at once. She consistently earned peer bonuses from people on the team who appreciated her willingness to jump in to help, and who were pleasantly surprised that Khyati often exceeded their expectations when delivering results. A recent example of that was a business-critical study that Khyati worked on -- it had been blocked for months until she stepped in. Besides being a talented professional, Khyati is also a wonderful human. And she is one of the most driven program managers I know. She constantly sought out feedback and ways to improve what she was doing. She also not only practices self-compassion, but led others at Google to do so as well. She brings great leadership, empathy, dedication, and excellence to all she does. I am confident that any team would be lucky to have her, and I hope that I get to work with her again someday!
