Rachel knows exactly how to unlock your full potential. She is patient, but knows exactly when to give you the extra push to help you realize your full potential. I appreciated the fact that Rachel took the extra time to really understand my strengths, weaknesses and all my quirks which are often much easier to observe. She was then able to use that information throughout my various 360 Stakeholder interviews to help me get an honest and well rounded perspective of how I am perceived by my peers and leaders.
