I strongly recommend Lalitha. Her investigative study in our laboratory on unraveling the effects of ethynyl estradiol (EE2) in uterine health using HsdOla:TO mice models. Ms Ramaswamy has mastered a wide range of techniques during her research project including, ex vivo animal experimentations and immunohistochemical techniques (tissue processing, staining, etc.). She also observed substantial in vivo studies during the project and performed pancreatic islet morphology analysis, proliferation/apoptosis studies of islet and uterine cells. She is hard working and very efficient. She is very enthusiastic about her work and has the ability to work as a member of a big team. She has excellent organizational and communication skills. She conducts herself in a professional manner.

I had the pleasure of working with Lalitha for 6 months during her undergraduate research project in the Diabetes Research Group. During this time, she showed immense dedication and enthusiasm to her work. She demonstrated a strong work ethic and was highly motivated to finish the project efficiently and accurately. Her attention to detail was commendable and she was never afraid to ask questions and took initiative to learn more about the research project. Her strong interpersonal skills enabled her to build strong relationships with her colleagues and work productively as part of a team. I highly recommend Lalitha and would be pleased to work with her in the future.
