I have worked with Rebecca in several capacities, for over a decade, and I am deeply grateful for these opportunities. Our working relationship began during my early years as a health and fitness instructor at Chicago Bulls College Prep, where Rebecca was our Subject Facilitator. As time progressed, Rebecca was promoted to Assistant Director of Health and Fitness with the Noble Network of Charter schools, which proved to be beneficial for me, our colleagues, and the more than 12,000 students in the network. Rebecca led with equanimity, grace, and immense competence, which is uncommon in today’s educational landscape. As a member of NobleFit’s Design Team, I had the pleasure of growing as a teacher, content creator, and professional development presenter. Rebecca played a significant role in helping me to expand my knowledge base, and to think deeper about how to optimally educate our students. She encouraged high level collaboration, and executed her work with reverence. I am unequivocally thankful for Rebecca, as she modeled how to empower her team, year after year. Rebecca’s leadership style encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone as an educator, which positively impacted my students and colleagues. I felt vastly more appreciated, and understood working with Rebecca at the network level than I did at my previous campus! In my humble opinion, Rebecca Baker is deserving of any position for which she pursues. I wholeheartedly endorse Rebecca as a leader, educator, and woman of integrity. Feel free to contact me, if needed. Best regards, Arthur M. Lee Director of Human Development and Wellness The Branson School artlee@stanfordalumni.org 909-270-6684
