Designing for the 'Non-Conscious' Using Cognitive Neuroscience and Behavioural Economics to Design Interventions that Improve/Change Behaviour in commercial as well as social contexts. I applied this practice of Behaviour Architecture successfully across various sectors and geographies in the areas of Innovation, Growth, Safety, Healthcare, Financial Services, FMCG and Organisational behaviour. One of my projects became a turning point for FinalMile in applying the Sciences. It was a pro-bono project for the Indian Railways to ‘Save Lives of the Trespassers on the Railway Tracks of Mumbai’. I developed 'DESIGN FOR THE NON-CONSCIOUS' wherein Neuroscience was applied in Design to change human behaviour. These solutions helped save several lives and have since received accolades from across the world.

Branding DMA was the foremost stand-alone Branding Consultancy in India and I was elementary in growing our 7 to 8 member startup into a 100 people company. I and my 35 member strong design team worked furiously to become the most sought after Packaging Design experts in the country. I mentored my team on projects for large brands that comprised of Personal Care, Household, Food, Retail, Ayurveda, Health, Technology and Aviation. For the prestigious project of Rebranding the National Airline, Air India, I was the Design lead and sole correspondent, liaising with the varied governmental departments of the Airline and their Suppliers, including Boeing.
