CEO of the EDA Riding Association, helping engage citizens to create a healthier future for all Canadians. My political passion is supporting sustainable planning initiatives that provide and develop healthy living and recreation options for local citizens. As CEO and former candidate in two federal elections, lead a rebirth of the riding association by implementing a modern administrative structure, recruiting a strong board of directors, revitalizing fundraising to ensure a sustainable model for funding future candidates, and securing structural assets. Was also directly responsible for building the Ottawa West Nepean Green Party's local branding by personally constructing a new riding website and web presence, securing social media accounts and developing the content on these platforms. We continue to grow as a prominent and active riding association with a focus on youth development. Lead Ottawa City Rafting from idea to operational and financial success. This process included; securing financial investment from partnerships, navigating complex multi-stakeholder negotiations for land use and access, creating a new operating system for an environmentally friendly eco-tourism approach in water-based adventure tourism, developing a secure sales funnel that included multi-channel program development and delivery partnerships that continue to be the core to financial success. As well utilized guerrilla marketing approach to secure widespread promotion in local news and on social media in our first year to boost sales and attract interest in Ottawa City Rafting. As a result of this hard work Ottawa City Rafting won the best new tourism operator at the Ottawa Tourism Awards gala in 2015.
