I had the pleasure of working with Kim at a point earlier in our careers when we were both working hard to set the world on fire in the marine electronics space. Kim wrote and executed Raytheon Marine's marketing plan which help develop Raytheon Marine into a number one global brand. Kim was always approachable and eager to work with everyone on anything. To this day, Kim is a powerful force in the marine Marketing communications world, sticking to her very successful methods for success.

Kim Weeks was our point of contact and guide when WinnAero’s Aerospace Career Education (ACE) Academy toured the Avilite manufacturing facility in Tilton, NH recently. She led us to the conference room and provided just enough background information about the company and products to keep the students interested and involved in the discussion. Her years as an educator really showed as she expertly handled the questions and comments from 10 middle school students. Then it was on to the tour of the production floor with Andrew in the lead while Kim maintained the extra set of eyes needed to insure a safe environment while on tour. Upon leaving the production floor, she guided the students back to the conference room to follow-up and answer any further questions. Once again, she did a fantastic job answering the students’ questions and clarifying any misconceptions about the process the students had just seen. Thank you, Kim, we’ll be back to see you again next July.
