Oleksandr Pyshchyk
I had a chance to work under Greg’s supervision in PayCertify. We developed from scratch new platform features and integrations. He, as the CTO, was responsible for product definition, architecture, design and implementation. There were many different departments that were involved in the process. Greg did a great job managing not only different teams, but also managing different cultures on our team, to get things done. He listened to everybody and made great decisions based on what's best for the company and to balance tactical and strategic needs.
