Rick was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, efficient, and cared about getting the job done right. He went out of his way to teach people how to use DOORS and to help make people's jobs easier by helping them with views. He would also take initiative to help solve inefficiencies and would figure out ingenious ways to make the work better. He was very good at listening to people's concerns and doing his best to fix their problems. I am very grateful I got to work with Rick and I know he will do well wherever he goes.

Richard Roter

I've worked with Rick off and on for over 25 years. He's brilliant, works well with everyone, is extremely thorough, and completes every task with the highest of integrity. Rick would be an asset to any organization.
