  Mantaray is the African partner for the UXalliance. We support & utilise the UXalliance partners in conducting global user research. We focus on delivering quality and excellent services for our clients globally. We ensure that we align to global UX best-practice and quality standards. Senior UX Researcher: "I worked with Mantaray on two major projects, once in 2021 and a second time in 2022. Both studies involved multi-country in-depth interviews, the synthesis of large data sets, and the delivery of several reports. During my second engagement with them, in addition to interviews, Mantaray also ran for me a 7-day diary study in 4 countries (India, Indonesia, Mexico, and Brazil), with 30 participants per country. My two engagements with them were characterized by excellent planning, efficient execution of research, and prompt delivery of results. First, the team has one of the best project managers I have ever encountered. I have worked with multiple vendors, but Mantaray is by far the most efficient at planning and delivering insights promptly. In both cases, Mantaray brought together country research teams in no time, scheduled meetings with moderators and interpreters, communicated my requirements to country teams very clearly, and ensured the deliverables addressed my needs and were shared in a timely manner. To give you just one example, during pilot interviews and before the proper study was launched, Mantaray staff showed very good understanding of my research goals and gave excellent feedback to country moderators, which, in turn, made the subsequent interviews very efficient and insightful. In truth, working with Mantaray felt like working with partner researchers, invested in the best research insights rather than with a contracted vendor.
