  A small boutique consultancy that delivered large projects! Our most exciting project was the post merger integration of Astra Zeneca where we coached the top 60 and worked with some 500 people. The project spanned the UK, Sweden and the US. We delivered a number of large group events for meetings of up to 120 people. They credit us with a smooth post merger integration - quite an achievement given the fact that 70% of mergers fail because of cultural factors.
