Su Justinu kartu veikėme VU Studentų Atstovybėje savo padalinyje pusę metų kaip koordinatoriai ir buvome toje pačioje komandoje, o po to Justinas tavo pirmininku, todėl metus buvo tiesioginis mano vadovas. Justinas yra puikus vadovas, empatiškas. Visada sulaukdavau palaikymo iš jo pusės, galėjau skambinti bet kuriuo metu ir žinojau, kad sulauksiu patarimo. Jis yra pilnas idėjų, visada turi gerų įžvalgų ir nebijo pasakyti, jei kažkas yra ne taip. Justinas yra puikus tiek komandos narys, tiek vadovas.

Justinas was my colleague in Vilnius University Students' Representation for almost 1,5 year (a year out of that he was my superior). He was always a true leader – always encouraging others to try new things, sharing his knowledge, not just giving the orders, but working together with his team. In addition to that, he is very curious and open-minded (Justinas is one of the few people that go to the discussion in order to learn about another perspective, not to prove his point), he's responsible and caring to his team, and he's interested in psychology and marketing – always tries to learn something new and use it in his work.
