There are many times, when interacting with a recruiter, that I feel I'm dealing with a used car salesperson just trying to make a quota...Debra is NOT that experience. When she was working to place me, she clearly did her homework on what the potential employer was looking for and how my skills meshed with that opportunity. She used painless constructive criticism to point out weak areas of my background but supplemented the weak spots by pulling forward my experiential strong points. Debra clearly researches her trade as she was very willing to share "best practices" and other lesson's learned from a gamut of sources. When I was with the department Debra was trying to fill a position for, she genuinely tried to understand what my company was looking and what personalities might struggle a bit vs. types that would flourish. In general, when working with Debra, you are working with a recruiter who isn't just trying to "land the catch". Debra knows her client base, considers good fits...as opposed to just throwing out a lot of possibilities...and generally gives one a feeling of personal interest. I would whole-hardheartedly recommend Debra as a resource regardless of what side of the search your on.
