Rikard Berg
Peder is a brilliant CTO and a great leader. We worked together for 4 years and i’m glad I had a chance to be in one team with him. Peder is strong on both technical and social sides. His skills allows him to plan complex technical solution as well as wisely choose team configuration to accomplish it with a high efficiency. Peder is always ready to give a hand with resolving blocking issues if needed. He stays positiv and goal-oriented. Peder is creative and can easily invent a new feature which is both technically interesting and brings at the same time value to the customers and business. Peder is an exceptional boss, here is why: - He is very smart and technically savvy, can always provide a valuable feedback regarding problem. - Nevertheless he never micromanages you, he encourages autonomy and never get attached to his view of how problem has to be solved as long as it solved and the team is happy with it. - He cares about stuff being done more than about beurocracy, bloated formalisms etc. - He cares about the team being happy and it's not empty words, e.g. Peder approved initiative coming from the team regarding optional work from home once a week(before covid), another appreciated initiative that he approved was reducing number of meetings and scheduling them to two particular days in a week so the rest of the week the team would be meeting free. - Peder has an incredible skill to stay optimistic and constructive even if the situation around is tense.
