Angående Allan Axelsen Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at arbejde sammen med Allan Axelsen i Titan Wind Energy (Europe) A/S hvor vi begge sad i ledergruppen. Allan som Head of Production og jeg som Head of QMS/QC. Allan er en meget professionel og målrettet person, som er meget handlekraftig, som er meget kvalitetsbevidst og en person der står ved sine holdninger og ansvar. Allan startede Lean og 5S op i produktionen, hvor tavlemøder for ledelsen og produktionen virkede rigtig godt. Han er en god kollega der er rigtig god til at lytte når man henvendte sig med kvalitets eller andre udfordringer. Allan er en meget fleksibel og positiv person.       Assignments Overall management responsibility for the production in Varde and Esbjerg with more than 150 employees, divided into different shifts. Preparation of annual budgets at the factories in Varde and Esbjerg. I developed a semi-automatic welding robot, for welding door frames, together with production and a supplier. We introduced a new powder system for Submerged Arc Welding. This for protection against breakdown and compliance with the quality requirements, according to the standards for Submerged Arc Welding. September 2008, where we finished as planned and on budget.We replaced 15-20 old curve lathes with 5 CNC machines over a period of 2 years.
