  Assignments Overall management responsibility for the production in Varde and Esbjerg with more than 150 employees, divided into different shifts. Preparation of annual budgets at the factories in Varde and Esbjerg. This for protection against breakdown and compliance with the quality requirements, according to the standards for Submerged Arc Welding. September 2008, where we finished as planned and on budget.We replaced 15-20 old curve lathes with 5 CNC machines over a period of 2 years.
