I met Eduardo at the languages meetings I used to organise in Seville and soon he became my right hand. He is intelligent, with strong ethics, fully reliable and aware of the human implications of our decisions. He would be a great team leader for long term projects where the team needs to grow together. At the personal level he is extremely kindhearted and very respectful with different behaviors and people. I can't remember anyone upset with him during the four years we know each other.
