In a team of four students, we conducted a qualitative research project with the deliverable of an advisory report for social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The methods used compared the innovative homecare solutions of the Dutch Buurtzorg model and the Bosnian Centre for Healthy Ageing. This comparison eventually resulted in the development of a model that incorporates innovations and best practices that are relevant to the Bosnian context.
