Carlos is my son and has been working in the family business for the past nine years. Of course, as my son, my opinion may seem biased. Yet, it is important for anyone who reads this comment that I am proud of seeing him develop into a true professional. For me, a professional is a person who shows consistency, a knack of getting things done, completing tasks on time and accurately, and being an advocate both for the company’s clients (hotels) as well as the customers. These attributes plus the fact that he actually cares for the job that he does day in and day out, makes him a special individual.
