I had the pleasure of working with Marine in the last 6 months, where she worked as a Project Manager for our marketing team, designing target operating model and change management processes for the acquisition of an insurance subsidiary. Marine was able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of this new subsidiary into our existing operations. Some processes and workflows had to be redesigned, others completely written from scratch - Marine was thorough, and always came forward with suggestions. She was always ahead - anticipating, planning, following up, communicating. Her strategic thinking was also vital in coordinating and executing the complex tasks of the project, which included many 'out of the box' elements since this was an acquisition. Indeed, Marine consistently exceeded expectations and delivered outstanding results. I would love to work with her again and would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a strong Project Director with great communication and leadership skills, and complex problem-solving capability for large scale transformational projects.
