Compliance department Project Manager at CHS, with the primary responsibility for management of compliance program initiatives as directed by the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer.CHSPSC uses a SAAS based Incident and Audit application from SAI Global, the purpose of the application (Compliance 360) is to help Compliance Officers manage compliance programs. One of my responsibilities is to monitor and maintain the health and performance of the application. In October of 2014, we converted to a new version of the application; this required extensive UAT testing to validate all functions and features of the application to ensure we met the CHSPSC Compliance team requirements. CHS acquired Triad Hospitals Inc and I worked with the VP of Technology to plan, budget and supervise the project management team for all IT infrastructure in support of the assimilation of 54 hospitals into the enterprise IT environment. •Developed the initial estimate for IT infrastructure ($220M) •Through detail scope revisions and cost estimating of hardware, software, & labor costs reduced the budget to $135M •Developed Executive level presentation defining the scope and cost of the acquisition •Developed a resource strategy for managing all the IT infrastructure implementations for: •General Ledger integration •Emergency Room systems •Enterprise WAN Convergence •Consolidating two Triad data centers into the existing CHS data center •Enterprise messaging/directory convergence •New clinical system lab for development & testing•Built and managed a team of project managers for the implementation and management of all IT infrastructure activities (Hired 5 consultant Sr. project managers and over 30 technical resources)•Assumed responsibility for IT infrastructure design and installation for two in-flight hospital construction projects Show less
